Care & Services

Life Care Centers of America will strive to help you or your loved one meet his or her necessary care needs, regardless of what stage of life he or she may be in. While some types of care are more common among certain age groups, we pride ourselves in providing full life care - it's even in our name.

Levels of Care

Life Care Centers of America offers a wide range of services within our facilities. While you'll certainly find skilled nursing and long-term care options within our nursing homes, you'll also discover we offer premier inpatient and outpatient short-term rehabilitation.

We also provide post-acute care or short-term rehabilitation for when you or a loved one are recovering from a hospital stay, surgery or illness. Rehab services at our facilities serve patients of many ages, from adult to geriatric, and many of our facilities even have on-site physicians to better serve you as a family member, resident or patient facing these situations.

Alzheimer's and dementia care, independent and assisted living facilities and retirement communities are available at many of Life Care's locations or through our sister company Century Park Associates. In many instances, these services are all offered together on continuum-of-care campuses, allowing patients and residents to transition from one level of care to the next without having to change facilities or leave surroundings they've grown accustomed to.
