Service & Amenities

Basic services include:

  • Weekly housekeeping service, including washing of flat linens
  • Scheduled transportation to medical facilities, shopping centers, banks and other destinations
  • Interior and exterior maintenance of the apartment, including appliances, lawns, landscaping and pest control
  • Emergency pull cords that connect every apartment with a staff member day and night
  • Beauty and barber services (available for a small fee)
