Everyone is so cheerful, accommodating, and helpful. I am so happy my mother has such a safe and cheerful place to stay.

Rehab has been fantastic

I must say cause of my health. I stayed lot of places. And I have to say from when I came through the door through my treatment, and I’m still here at this time. Everything was excellent above and beyond the nurses and the personalities and there demeanor were excellent. They’re very knowledgeable and they are right there for your every need tell you they made me feel better than at home.

the nurses and cna are quick to respond to needs, However the business office and other office staff need to be more clear of what is expected of relatives and friends of the residence, I felt very disrespected by one woman in an officel She waited a month to let social security know of my friends location for his check therefore and hasn't received it yet. More help from the office staff would help. Never having been trough this before they are not very helpful we are under stress with our loved ones we don't need office help putting me down.

My parent was only there one night and they left a dirty commode and urine on the floor. I understand the staff has a demanding job but that is 100% unacceptable. There is no privacy in the shared room she is in. She can barely reach the room phone to call loved ones because its so small and the bed sounds like it needs a bath in WD40. Things better improve ASAP or She will be relocating to a better facility.

Cherry Hill Manor staff are very professional and courteous. The place is charming and clean. They are taking great care of our mother. We don't have any complaints. I think my family had a great input on where mom should be placed while she gets the help she needs. I think we did right by picking this facility, Cherry Hill Manor, for our mom. Thank you all

We have always found the staff kind, courteous and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. We have enjoyed the activities that involve families. Would definitely recommend!

Initially I didn’t eat the food because I found it to be institutional tasting but as the days went on I grew to like the food. Actually gives you two different options. Too much food for me. The rehab Gym was great. They got me to walk again and out of a wheelchair. Sometimes I had to wait too long using the call light but most of the times they were quick enough. I had to consider that I wasn’t the only patient. I just waited for my turn and they always came to help you. The place is clean and they change your bed every day. I went there after a week from Roger Williams Hospital. I had a couple of serious issues before when I was transported and they quickly found me an inpatient room and hooked me up to pole full of bags. Mostly antibiotics. I had pneumonia and sepsis, a blood infection. Nasty infection that can kill in shock. I spent a couple of weeks there at Cherry hill. . I think it’s cruel to discharge me and tell me to call a family member. When EMS transported me they asked which hospital I wanted to go to. A previous stay convinced me that it was large enough that they’re were no lines and almost every exam room was empty. Very clean and beautiful ER. The doctor came right over. Cherry Hill was one of several options for rehabilitation. All of the staff were great and responsive. UPDATE: finally getting discharged Monday but they don’t pay for an ambulance. I contacted neighborhood Health Integrity but they told me they don’t pay even though I’ve been using them for 10 years. I called professional ambulance but I would have to pay upfront. I called Autumn Villa Assisted Living and was told that neighborhood has to take me home. Neighborhood wouldn’t take me. I called professional Ambulance and they take neighborhood but I had to pay upfront. I read their policy and it said that if you can’t get a ride home, they have to do it and a bill would be sent. They said no . I’m a 71 years old senior citizen disabled with a walker so how could I get home? They said to contact my family for a ride. I called Autumn Villa again and a different staff member said “don’t you worry about it neighborhood has to pay for the ride.” Neighborhood said Professional charges about $150.00. Upfront. I will have to pay them and file an appeal later. We’ll see what happens. I can’t walk alone as per PT. But that expired and I’m now able to walk alone. I got a hold of a CNA taking vitals the next room over and she wouldn’t let me walk alone even though it expired. She said she would get someone at the nursing station to come to my room. 2 hours later and she isn’t here. Neighborhood suggested I call an Uber. Expensive ride. I never had any problems with neighborhood rides. They’re getting worse since they added a third party to make medical decisions.. towels are usually put at the end of your bed and you wait to change into a gown she asked me what time I wanted to change up and I said between 5:30 and 6:00. It is now 7:00 and no towels so nothing done yet for my wash up. I’m in my street clothes still. Nobody is coming down the hall. It’s totally empty of people who care for you. I’m usually changed and in my beds by 6:00 Pm. I eventually got a ride from MTM. I don’t know who paid for it but I didn’t. Probably Cherry Hill ( thank You) All and all it was worth it. I just wanted to inform you that I went to the bathroom with my walker at 5 am and I tripped and fell really hard against the floor and wall I ended having to crawl to the call light. A woman came in and rolled me back to my bed as if I had fallen off the bed No response like asking me if I needed help. She left and she must have told someone as they knew about it and did nothing except write it down. I later ended up at RWH after getting home as the fall ended up with a fractured area of my back with pneumonia and possible sepsis. and it was painful. They discharged me at Cherry Hill in Johnson. It’s been a month with no call and” call a family member for a ride home “ no X-ray of my back.

A family member recently stayed at Cherry Hill Nursing Home for rehab after surgery. The staff is very friendly and above and beyond efficient, from dietary to nursing assistants to nurses, PT and the office staff. I can see that the staff is committed to their patients. I am a nurse and I would recommend Cherry Hill to anyone, whether for rehab or for a full time resident.

Mom had to go to bathroom and nobody came fast enough (night shift) needless to say the staff had triple the work if they would have just come when called :(

A great facility. The staff is very caring and friendly. The nurses make sure their patients are comfortable and have everything they need. The food looks delicious and the meals are abundant. Definitely would recommend this place.

Last night my 88 year old father who was in rehab with a 'broken hip " was left for HOURS USING THE FACILITIES!! NO ONE CAME WHEN CALL THEY LEFT HIM ...NEEDLESS TO SAY HE'S NOT THERE ANYMORE..MAKE SURE YOU LOOK GOOD INTO WHERE YOUR GOING TO LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES TO BE TAKEN CARE OF!

I have Power of Attorney over a newly admitted patient. She was admitted last night and I went to bring her clothes this morning. I am generally satisfied with what I have seen. However, this is based on one visit. I experienced an embarrassing encounter. It was approximately 12: 20 p.m. a young woman came to attend to my friend. She did not identify her role. I had some questions and I asked if she were the CNA assigned. She said no. After an awkward hesitation, she told me she was the nurse. I truly did not expect to see a nurse since everyone else seemed to be occupied in non nursing care. This is my first experience with a nursing/rehab facility. Had she introduced herself, this unpleasant experience could have been avoided. The PT and OT personnel both introduced themselves as did the attending physician. I am embarrassed beyond words. As a female with a long time career in a make dominated environment, I can empathize with this nurse being mistaken for a CNA. Perhaps you could ask your staff to introduce themselves when they enter a room so that this may be avoided.

This is an okay place. I will give most credit to the physical therapist. I’m not happy with billing so if your insurance stops paying, get ready to pay big. They refuse to take monthly payments and work with our budget. They’re threatening to throw my loved one out who cannot walk, his leg is healing slowly, it broke and he is 73.

Our mom has been in and out of Cherry Hill for rehabilitation over the past 4 years. She is now a permanent resident. We are happy with the care she has received from everyone at Cherry Hill!!

The staff is so considerate, kind, caring and loving. They are also so helpful towards my Mom.

Has this place ever heard of accountability. They are not responsible for anything Laundry is a mess people walking around with clothes not fitting and their own clothes are lost somewhere in the facility. The clothes are either in the wrong rooms or they are just lost somewhere. Lots are not labeled but that doesnt matter cause the clothes that are get lost too. Language barrier in some areas They need to investigate this.

The “good reviews” are either fake or they are friends/family with the employees. I do not even have words to describe how AWFUL the staff is here, It’s actually disgusting! They are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have EVER encountered in my life! I have no idea how they aren’t shut down by the state. Never EVERRRR send a loved one here! I can not stress that enough. I’m not even going to go in detail on what I encountered, dealt with or seen, and the way I was spoken to EVERY TIME I entered the building. Expecting bedside manners in this place, is a joke. They don’t even have common respect and courtesy. I repeat never ever ever send anyone here unless they have a death wish and you want to deal with heinous human beings. They should all be ashamed, but I guarantee they won’t be and think how they act is okay.

Facility is clean and secure. The team is dedicated, patient and cheerful. I feel thankful knowing that my dad is in such great care.

The higher-ups keep asking, did i go to this person or that person. Is it my job to do your job! I went to the nurses station!!!! My job is to be sure my father is safe and taken care of while he recovered. HE WAS NONE OF THOSE THINGS while at CHM. First and foremost how would you want your parents, your grandparents cared for/treated when they are in a situation that they need to be in a rehab or nursing home facility? This is just one of the incidents....My father sat in his feces and urine for 30 minutes, sat holding in his feces for 40 minutes, then sat on a hard plastic commode for over 20 minutes-hes skin and bone. He now has a bed sore. Yes, his light was on AND WENT TO THE NURSES STATIONS TWICE FOR HELP! Some people tell me well they're just short-handed. Is that my father's problem no! Are they discounting his bill to accommodate for the lack of attention/workers? I highly doubt it. This is a tumultuous time in this man's life, my dad, and to have to deal with this type of care is .... I'm beyond words. I called the social worker.... with no return call and hesitate to leave a review most of all a negative review in fear that there may be retaliation. From all the other reviews there are comments from people at the Cherry Hill Manor I don't want a phone call, I don't want a discussion, I want better care for my father and for everyone that is there! That's what you're in business for, that is what your job is. If you don't like your job then leave. How would you feel if this was your parent? UPDATE: Now dad is in the hospital. He has come out of this place far worse than he did when he arrived! This is a true and heartfelt review! Please do some research.

Went to visit a neighbor. Easy to locate facility. Inside decor is attractive and comfortable. Staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. Our neighbor looked quite happy and told us she was very pleased with her care. We arrived during lunch and honestly, I’d be happy with the meal she was served! This nursing home presents like a well-run long term housing and is very clean and neat. Outdoor landscaping was appropriate and off street parking convenient.

I am very disappointed with the care at Cherry Hill Rehab. I feel like I knew more than the staff did. The staff didn't know how to answer some of my questions or just avoided answering them. A few of the nurses also had attitudes and were not very pleasant.Thankfully my family was there to watch over my Mom. Also my mom ended up back in the hospital after being there for 12 days.

I was worried about the care level that my husband would recieve in a Rehab/Nursing facility. I have to say i am very pleased with the care and attention that my husband is recieving at Cherry Hill Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation. Everyone who works there have been pleasent, kind and very caring with attention to detail. I feel that i have no worries about his care there.

The care provided to me in the rehab unit was exceptional. The RNs, LPN, CNAs, PT, OT, housekeeping and even maintenance people were warm and helpful. The people there became another family. May God bless each and every one of them.

I wish that the corporation that owns this place would do a undercover boss set up. Then they would see for themselves how uncaring and neglectful some of the staff can be.

The staff, reception to nurses CNAs, PT/OT etc ARE WONDERFUL! So kind and helpful. Very caring! However, the FOOD is awful! The choices are disgusting, the food is unappetizing. We certainly do not expect 5 stars; but, the company you do business with can do BETTER! I am so sorry!

Have had family at Cherry Hill for several rehab stays. They are our first and only selection. Staff interactions have been great. They’re caring, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. I find that they do that little something special for their patients, like bringing a cup of coffee hours before the breakfast is served, just so they feel as special as they are. Our experiences there have always put me at ease.

My husband was transferred from RIHospital yesterday. Many staff members have come to his room to welcome him and to make initial assessments in their field. We are very pleased.

The nurses and all the staff are kind, curtious, and tend to your needs as soon as possible. The food is better than expected, considering my husbands dietary restrictions. I love that the staff, show respect for each other and work as a team.

The nurses were excellent. The food was not appropriate for my diabetic needs. It took the dietitian 6 days of my stay before she approached me to alter my menu to make it diabetic friendly. Some of the AIDS that did not understand the English language were incoherent and hard to relate to for my special needs. The worst part of my stay was the condition of the room. I unfortunately did not have the bigger side of the room near the window and the AC controller so I was stuck on the side near the door with very little space and no ventilation because my roommate always wanted the curtains closed between our beds and when sharing a bathroom facility in the room, I had to make a reservation because she was always in the bathroom for very long periods of time.. Cherry Hill should really think about making all private rooms to accommodate for everyone's individual needs. The physical therapist were very knowledgeable to help me recover from my surgery.

Both my elderly parents ended up needing to go to rehab. I heard all good things about the facility and therapists so my expectations were high. Cherry Hill met and exceeded my expectations. The therapy they received made them gain strength and balance. Everyone treated my parents with respect and kindness. If anyone in your life needs rehab/therapy, I highly recommend Cherry Hill.

This place is wonderful, I was sad to see my senior bessie go into rehab but after my 1st visit i knew she was in good hands. Staff Is very friendly and helpful, place is clean and well managed with Tons of activities to keep everyone active and engaged.

Rehabs and nursing home talk is very sensitive nowadays … in our experience there is NO advocacy in SORI for the elderly. At Cherry Hill, this facility is more than a nursing home and rehabilitation center. I cannot commend the staff here enough! From that very moment you walk into the facility and you might be greeted by the pleasant office workers, or the staff in general walking the hallway. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that their patients are cared for, I have witnessed that EVERY single time I visit my father. I see how the staff interacts with other patients as well and they really do care! The nurses, CNAs, housekeepers, PT and Dietary, always accommodating, always cheerful and they listen to you and your loved one. Any questions they cannot answer they always relay it to the persons that will know and those people are either in the room or on the phone with us within the same day. This is not your average rehab facility, they have employees that actually work, they are scattered about and running around everywhere tending to their patients and even take time for the visiting family members. My father never sits in bed, as he did in other places for weeks until they finally got him out of bed! They have him up in his chair in the am, then PT after breakfast, and cooking his own eggs which he has not done in years, standing on his own for 30 plus min at a time which he has not done in many years … then he’s sitting in his chair again, then has lunch in his chair NOT bed, same for dinner. PT sometimes gets him twice a day!?! Always, always clean sheets, blankets and pillow cases they are always sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom in his room. Always has ICE (not melted and warm) and fresh water or a soft drink or juice … always! It’s not just sitting there all day warm like other places we have experienced. They even have the courtesy to ask us the family visiting if we would like something to drink or a snack. Took us a couple of years to have him finally have the opportunity to be treated here due to insurance stipulations of course. We are grateful dad was able to be CARED for here. THANK YOU so very much for taking care of my father, and my mom and I who are there daily to keep dad company. We will always appreciate you! At Cherry Hill, I feel as though not only my father, but our entire family has an entire advocacy team behind us because The Cherry Hill Team truly cares about all of us! My mom was sitting in front of purses station upon arrival. I do wish you had something at that big table at nurses station for the residents to look at or hold onto. A tv screen with pictures of the seasons; activities; etc would be so beneficial. Maybe put some fidget toys on the table for them to hold onto. Otherwise staff was friendly and facility clean as always.

My mom has been there for about a month now and I haven’t had any issues. She seems happy and the staff I have interacted with have been pleasant. The only complaint she has had so far was the food, but sometimes she really likes it.
