Westside Village Nursing Center

My brother in law has been in their care for a little over 2 years and we couldn't be happier! We have dealt with other facilities before in the last 20 plus years and most of them have been short of a nightmare:( My brother in law suffers from mental illness which at times can be very very challenging to say the least, but this facility has accepted that challenge and provided fantastic care for him. From the Administration, nursing, social workers, dining, and custodial staff, they have ALL been fantastic!! When we visit even if it's unannounced, the facility is clean, the staff is pleasant, and my brother in law looks very well taken care of and most importantly he is happy being there. I want to give a special shout out to Jackie who has worked with my brother in law since he has been there, she is simply phenomenal!! She takes time to keep my husband and I updated, answers our questions and responds to us timely if we call. I have a backround in Social Work so I understand at times it can seem to be a thankless job, but Ms. Jackie takes great pride and care for what she does, and it is VERY much appreciated. Keep up the good work Westside!!
