From 2017 – 2019, Life Care Center of Kirkland had 32 different survey visits from governing agencies. Out of those 32 visits, the facility received one infection control citation in April 2019. The issue was corrected, and the facility was placed back into substantial compliance less than 45 days after the citation.

If our associates make a mistake, which can and does happen because we're all human, we see it as an opportunity to retrain associates and ensure the mistakes are not systemic.
