Life Care Leaders in Therapy

Get to know some of our Life Care leaders in therapy!

These skilled and dedicated individuals help our therapy teams be the best they can be, which helps our patients and residents achieve better outcomes and maintain a higher quality of life.

Brooke Billesbach, Director of Rehabilitation, COTA, at Life Care Center of Puyallup

Brooke has been in senior care for nearly 30 years and was inspired to become a COTA by her grandmother, who was wheelchair-bound and found great solace and strength in occupational therapy.

"I absolutely love my job. I love the challenges it brings, but most importantly, I love my patients. Each one of them has a unique story. I look forward to seeing them daily."

Molly Rebich, Director of Rehabilitation, SLP, at Life Care Center of Kennewick

Molly has a master’s degree in speech and hearing science from Idaho State University and has worked in senior care for 17 years. In her time with Life Care, she's become a dementia care specialist.

"I do my best to lead by example, encourage my associates to be better than they were the day before, and make their job as easy as possible so they can serve their residents with love."

Kyle Hoffer, Director of Rehabilitation, OT, at Life Care Center of Salt Lake City

Kyle has been in senior care for 25 years. He began as a CNA and later had the opportunity to work as a rehab aide. There he realized that occupational therapy was where he belonged.

"I have worked in hospitals, done home health and have dabbled with being a realtor and financial planner. But nothing compares to working with seniors and hearing their stories –– and seeing them reach their goals!"

Rosalind Cushion, Director of Rehabilitation, OT, at Garden Terrace Healthcare Center of Federal Way

Rosalind has been in senior care for 19 years. She received her education in England and began in child development and home health before joining the Life Care family. She spent a lot of time with occupational therapists growing up and was inspired by the differences they made in people’s lives.

"It's an honor and a privilege to be a part of this team. This rehab staff make me look good! I am in awe of every single one of them and marvel at how they do what they do with such passion, dignity, determination and joy. They are my inspiration."

Stefanie Elliott, Director of Rehabilitation, OT, at Life Care Center of Lewiston

Stefanie has been in senior care for 28 years. She always had a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others, which led her to obtain a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Puget Sound.

As a leader, Stefanie focuses on remaining organized and keeping open lines of communication with her staff to provide efficient, high-quality care to patients and residents.

Paul Virgin, Regional Rehabilitation Director, DPT, for Life Care's Columbia Region

Paul has been in senior care for 16 years and with Life Care for 11 years. He earned his doctorate of physical therapy at Slippery Rock University and knew he wanted to be a physical therapist back in high school.

"The most important thing to remember is that not everyone thinks the same way you do or has the same goals. So it’s vital to understand and be considerate of who you’re talking with and how they learn, so you both can have a successful interaction."
