Each month, our facilities host many fun, exciting, and beneficial events that engage and uplift our residents and serve the community!
Below are some recent events and activities hosted by our facilities across the U.S.
Residents and staff had a fun day at the Jacksonville Zoo! Everyone loved seeing the many animals while enjoying the outdoors. Resident Ms. Lucky fell in love with the lemurs and couldn’t take her eyes off them.
And it was reported that she hasn’t stopped talking about them since returning from the trip!
Dietary manager Rolando packed everyone a delicious lunch that included subs, sandwiches, chips, and snacks. Along with the lovely lemurs, everyone saw elephants, monkeys, alligators, snakes, zebras, tigers, giraffes, and more! They even got to touch stingrays.
Throughout the entire park is a botanical garden that surrounds all the exhibits with lush beauty, so every moment was splendid!
Life Care Center of Orange Park
During the holidays, there is nothing better than cheerful song. The Boys and Girls Club paid the residents and staff a visit and filled the halls with wonderful carols.
Some of the residents were so overjoyed they sang right along with them!
Life Care Center of Hendersonville
The residents recently held a spectacular and successful craft fair. The residents and staff are grateful to everyone who donated their time, money and wonderful goodies!
Turns out that the Grinch is not as grinchy as he used to be. The green guy and his pal Cindy-lou paid residents and staff a visit recently, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces.
And don’t worry, the Grinch stole nothing––except for a few hearts!
