I had (3) strokes on June 14, 2024 and I needed therapy so I came to Life Care Center for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. If you, a family member or friend need therapy, I would highly recommend Life Care Center. The food is good, Andrea Harris, Nihada Softic, Paula, Kendra, Brett, Christina and other Nursing Staff is great! Myah Fielder and other Aides is very helpful! Angelique Morrison is a great Activity Director, she's always coming up with new ideas to keep the Residents happy. I can't say enough about Laura Nichols and the Therapy Department. Lisa MacNamara, Holly and the Administration Dept. is very nice and helpful! Earl and everyone in the maintenance department stays on top of things as well as housekeeping. The building is always kept nice and clean. Life Care Center I am so grateful and I appreciate all that you have done for me.

Excellent facility

Everyone i had the pleasure to meet at life care center of fort wayne were kind and overly willing to make my stay there be as smooth as possible The staff were very knowledgeable, compassionate and the planned activities for the residents were alot of fun and a great way to allow everyone to socialize. The facility was clean and well mantained and i must give a shout out to the hard working staff in rehab who gave that extra little push to get me back on my feet thank you to all

This is my third day at Life Care Center of Fort Wayne In. I am here for rehab for broken bones in my right forearm, right wrist, and right hand. I have also sustained a fracture to my right knee. I have never suffered from injuries to this degree. This has been more than challenging to say the least. The staff of Life care has been instrumental in helping me understand my injuries and how to recover from them. The nursing and therapy staff have been great to say the least in helping with this process. I must also mention the activities staff that provides various outlets via fun, interactive events during the day and evening. I can say wholeheartedly that the dietary staff provides great food with options for substitutes when necessary. I have consumed all of my meals to completion, the food is excellent! Finally, housekeeping provides clean rooms every day. They also reach out during this time to give patients encouragement during their healing process. If you need this type of care, Life care of Fort Wayne should always be a consideration. I really mean this. Troy Ely Ft. Wayne, In.

Very professional and caring. The physical therapist are doing a great job in caring for our brother and strengthening him to even better than he was even before his cancer started. The food he is receiving is a balanced diet and he claims is really good.
