I had a dying patient that was drowning in secretions. I contacted hospice to get a medication to help. I worked day shift. It came in on night shift. That medication came in but it wasn't opened. When I got to work the next morning the man was drowning in secretions and suffering in secretions. NO COMFORT MEDS WERE GIVEN. That nurse is Tina Petts

I was caring for an activity dying hospice patient. I went out of my way to get medications for secretions. He was drowning..The next morning, I relieved the night shift nurse..The medication was delivered and unopened. I entered his room and he was miserable. He died about 10 minutes after she fled...The family was not updated and he did not have any comfort meds given..That nurse was Tina Petts.

Larry Farrar - Never been in Rehab before. They have been nothing but nice to me !the nurses are excellent to Me! The physical therapists are great! Oh & the food is Excellent! I would very Much Recommend any one that I know to come here!
