Nice staff and clean

Lots of mixed reviews on this place so i felt this was a necessary post . Let me start by saying that every medical facility/hospital/office is understaffed ,period .with that being said , My father has a short stay here to complete some PT. We are there with him daily multiple times. Not once have i ran into any of the situations referenced in the poor reviews . Not saying they didn’t happen, BUT i am saying it’s usually a one off situation. The nurses and staff are some of the most hospitable people around. They care . They remember. They show up. My dad has his marbles still (most of them at least) and he said he is enjoying the help in physical therapy and all staff helping him are great. They talk to him while we walk the hallways and ask quick check up questions in passing , even tho they are in route to another task. They answer the call button before he can even tell me what he was calling for . The staff is all smiles , always . They ALWAYS introduce themselves to my family when we visit him. And make sure we also understand and Dont have any questions before they leave . The physical therapist is nothing short of a personal trainer , very patient and calm while also providing physical and emotional support to push them to where they need to be . Not pushy and over the top to get the job done .
