Life Care Center of The Willows

visited my grandmother today 10/19 in the morning. she had feces coming out from her incontinence brief up to her back, all over her sheets and bed. Asked a cna to help, they said they didn’t have her as a patient and kept on moving. Took 20 mins to find someone to clean her up properly as i only had paper towels, no washcloth or anything to get some off of her skin. Once she was changed, i went back into the room and the sheets, pillow weren’t changed. Yes her incontinence brief was changed but she was still getting covered in feces from the sheets. The laziness was astounding. I get understaffing is a big issue, but she cannot lay in feces all day. They often let me help shower her, i did the other day, and the shower room had poop in the toilet and some smeared on the floor. It is like a prison here, unsanitary and outrageous.

Love staying at LCC of Willows. The staff where great and attentive and took excellent care of me.
