Our facility is 5 miles from the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, making us an ideal nursing home for individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation, long-term care or post-operative recovery.

My 78 year old sister was a patient during the transition from her discharge from the hospital and being ready to return home. We were very impressed with the quality of the staff including the nurses, physical therapists and the case manager/social worker. The facility is a good size 80-90 beds, large enough to provide a full range of professional services, but small enough to be able to answer questions promptly about patient care. Also my sister said the food was surprisingly good.. Would definitely recommend to family and friends needing a skilled nursing facility

My mom had to come here for just 12 days for rehab. It's amazing how happy she was and how they helped her to bounce back so quickly. And even gained more independence than she had prior to her hospital stay. She has more strength and confidence in herself. Thank you to the staff at LCCW.
