Life Care Center of Omaha

Would have gone zero if possible. This place has mistreated of my family for almost 2 years. I just found out he hasnt had a shower in over a week and denied treatment MEDICALLY prescribed. Awful place, just awful

My sister was having a very bad day today. They all seemed to rally around here and gave her major support. I don't always get a chance to go visit, but when I do, the staff seem amazing.

Unfortunately my mom had to go to long term care due to her health and other issues life care center was sympathetic,kind and did there best to accommodate my mother who was not happy about going .the social worker went above and beyond to met her needs and address her concerns. The facility was clean and the staff was very understanding of the difficulties I had being in the position of having to put her there ...from day one Britney (not sure if I'm spelling that right ) admission was kind and understanding of my situation which was very complex .we live in Bellevue and mom panic anxiety and mental health issues were not good being that far away which is the only reason that she was transferred to a facility closer to home once again the social worker went above and beyond in working on and successfully transferred her much faster then I expected! All the staff I met were kind ,and did a great job of taking care of her :) I am very grateful that they cared about my mom's happiness and mental well being as much as her health.

Very professional and very compassionate everyone that I met from the Receptionist down to the stellar Nursing staff. In good hands my mother is.
