Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Canon Lodge Care Center has a homelike, family atmosphere with neighbors caring for neighbors. In order to provide better care, our in-house team of therapists and nurses individualizes treatment for each resident and patient, taking into account his or her needs and goals. We also feature Alzheimer's and dementia care, VitalStim therapy and weekly reflexologist visits. Our in-house rehabilitation staff offers inpatient rehab and Canon Rehab at TLC provides outpatient rehab clinic services.
