Life Care Center of Greeley is committed – as always – to the health and well-being of our residents.
Here are the latest details from our facility:
Residents who test positive are kept in a separate area of the facility. The positive associates will remain home until they have met the CDC's strict guidelines for returning to work.
We have been and will continue to follow all CMS, CDC and state and local health department guidelines concerning COVID-19. These guidelines include restrictions on the entrance of visitors, family members and vendors. Signage with information on COVID-19 and details about these restrictions is posted on our doors.
We are also monitoring our residents and associates for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 multiple times per day. Every associate is also screened when they arrive for work and when they leave, including checking temperature and monitoring for any symptoms or concerns.
Although visitation remains restricted, we're happy to coordinate phone calls, video chats or window visits. We are staying in consistent communication with the families of our residents, and we always welcome their questions and contact.
We continue to work in partnership with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and our local health department and will follow the guidance they provide. We appreciate their continued support, as well as the support of our community.
