Hallmark Nursing Center

This was 2 years ago and my mother has passed and I don’t recommend this place This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life. Most of you know my mother Kay she turns 85 on the 6th of May she is a type 1 diabetic with dementia. Kay has been my best friend my entire life. She is living in a nursing home called the hallmark it’s in Littleton. Two days ago I get a text message from the facility she is living Hello there! Welcome to our texting distribution group. Hope you all are enjoying this beautiful weather :). Just wanted to give you a little update as to what is going on inside Hallmark. The residents are truly doing well. We are able to get them outside a few at a time while using social distancing. As you all are aware we did have one resident test positive with COVID. As I type this that is still the case only one. The staff is working very diligent to maintain and monitor infection control. We are following the strict orders that we have received from the State and County. We are not looking to open up anytime soon so please be patient with us. We will open up when the State, County and our Corporate Offices tell us we are able. That will be different than the orders that you all will receive. Enjoy this beautiful day. Thank you so much for sharing your loved one with us. Blessings, Hallmark Nursing Center Covid 19 is now in the nursing home only one case. Today I received a new text from the hallmark facility Good Afternoon, I am obligated to this out to you as soon as possible. I realize this is message system is not the most professional way it is the fastest way. At this time I regret to report we do have another confirmed case of COVID in the building. Please continue to pray for our residents and staff. Hallmark Nursing Center I went to see my mom today knowing I could not see her I went up to her window and it was like she new I was coming I spoke to her in one side of a glass window I told her how much I loved her. Shortly leaving to return to home completely crushed. I ask what can I do I can’t take her from the facility it would in danger my family and I can’t take care of her. I can’t even go inside she is locked down in a room and I hope with good care. Scared to death not wanting to sleep being afraid of the spread of this covid 19 In the nursing home she lives. I am so helpless I have so many questions Wendi my better half could not believe what we herd I could not stop crying she replied Thank you for your update about the new diagnosis! As our hearts go out to them and wish them a speedy recovery! this much appreciated and necessary! However, moreover I believe that a Follow up on how it's being handled and how they are isolating those patients from the other patients. Considering we are at the mercy of third and forth party messages and only have phone conversations with our loved ones ok, we have to rely on that information! So please continue notifying us and please also prepare the additional statements so that the family might feel more comforted knowing it's being handled and what what being is being done to safeguard all the other patients and staff when an issue arises and is verified. When the unknown is left to ponder! It leaves the conversations open to hearsay and second guessing and this information gets passed on to our loved ones via our phone conversations and leave a large area open for confusion as well also ask now what is being done to handle it as this has surfaced! Thank you for your updates and consideration to add a little more! Thank You I am asking for help prayers to get my mother and my family through this. Hallmark takes wonderful care of my parents. Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. My friend feels cared for and said that the staff very well trained and were happy with their job s.

The staff is so wonderful to my mother..my mom always says good things about staff members.. keep up the great work with our family members.. Hallmark Nursing center is #1 in my book..I'm a real person and I'm not paid to say these things..thank you

My father-in-law just entered Hallmark. Just met the staff who will be caring for him. They seem competent and interested in his health and wellbeing.

Visited a friend, seems like a great place!

I came to visit the other day, and I’ve never felt so comfortable in a nursing home. From the leadership to the nurses, everyone was so nice. Building smelled good and was very clean. Highly recommend putting your loved ones here.

I couldn’t be more happy with the care that my great uncle received at Hallmark. Truly caring people who go over and above to make sure that their clients are comfortable and taking care of. Highly recommend
