Everyone is so nice staff friendly

I would like to share my positive experience regarding Hallmark Nursing Center, where my father was sent for rehabilitation following major back surgery. He has been there for just three days, and so far, it has been a wonderful experience. The staff members are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, making my father feel comfortable and supported during his recovery. He has even mentioned that he actually likes the food, which is a big plus! Additionally, my mother and I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer from admissions. She was warm, welcoming, and very helpful in addressing our questions. The front desk staff were equally kind and friendly, adding to the positive atmosphere of the center. While we will continue to assess the rehab process, my father's early impressions of Hallmark Nursing Center are very encouraging. Thank you to the staff for their dedication and care!

Was visiting one of the residents there and was pleasantly surprised by this facility. It was clean and smelled good, and every person we passed greeted us. The person I was visiting, said how great everybody cared for her there and how pleased she was!

What an extraordinary place! First my spouse went in and received extraordinary service and care. And when he passed, I went there and also received great service and tender, loving care from everybody, all the staff, especially Becky, but also Dr. G and all the nurses and all the CNA‘s and the amazing and funny and kind Ginny and the oh so attentive, Kurt! Even the receptionist upfront as well as the administrative staff, including Erin were amazingly tuned in to whatever had to happen always. I am so very grateful to have found such an exceptional place. Without reservation I highly recommend this gem of an institutional context.
