Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, our in-house rehabilitation team uses state-of-the-art rehab equipment, such as the AlterG^® Anti-Gravity Treadmill^®. Our caregivers and therapists work together to create individualized care plans for each resident and patient, combining passion and care to provide excellent, individualized care.
