Staff is extremely friendly!

The patient I come to see seem to keep losing the clothes I bring her. I writing her name in them but the last time I was in (12/23/24 ) she was sitting in her room wearing a hospital gown asking clothes. Katherine Reece

Took a tour and was pleasantly surprised at how Clean the facility is and Nice!! It smelled nice too!! The staff was Very knowledgeable and friendly!! They were able to answer all of my questions I had. The therapy side had BEAUTIFUL private rooms with its own private entrance. The residents were doing activities and seemed very happy and content being there. I will definitely keep Heritage down as the place for my moms rehab after knee replacement!!

I brought my mother here from majesty nursing due to lack of care I have been taking care of my mother for many years until I wasn’t able anymore due to her health declining and personal reasons I trusted them because when she was home I had her to go there for rest days when I needed a break for a few days even though one of her home care nursing at the time warned me not let go there anymore because when came to the facility to perform her care she didn’t like how they were treating her but I didn’t see anything when they brought back home but when she was in there from June until October she developed stage 4 bed sores and pneumonia and an infection which she past away from due to the bed sores that caused an infection December 2024 now all I have say is I brought my mother to you all nursing because I thought you would have took care of her the social worker promised me that she would but now my mother is gone all I can say is when you put your love one in these places make sure you check them from head to toe and when something don’t seem right act on it right away.may the lord bless and protect the ones that can’t protect themselves
