The staff displays annoyance and frustration every time I’ve been in there, the cleanliness is disgusting. It’s so disheartening to see these elderly people in their last days/months/years of their lives to be treated this way. My mother was in there a month, and I as a family member had to diagnose her with an obvious condition that needed attention and had to tell the nurse to have her tested. It’s a death trap and that’s me being nice.
