Great ppl, clean, friendly and great care !

As with all places there is good and bad. That rolls over to the staffing also. Im concerned with the loved ones well being. I've encountered a receptionist who will lie to save her own hide and violate hippa. There are some.good points, but over all I'm deeply concerned with the ethics and proper care received. Highly unprofessional to hang up on clients and highly unprofessional to mention anything in the cliemts life that they know nothing. I'll be contacting the larger affiliated life care center. I think social building courses and a review of hippa needs to be done. Also per the lack of.confidence I now have with this company a complete employee revamp and training. I have never seen a Healthcare facility be so unprofessional it truly makes me worry for the.elderly they are responsible for.

Could be better could be worse.. some of the employees are great for sure though

Facility is almost always very clean and odor free thats no exception today. I observed staff mopping and cleaning. My family member was dressed and clean as well and came immediately upon my visit to make sure she was still clean and unsoiled. Her floors were clean, bed tidy and bathroom clean, room was odor free I almost forgot I was visiting in a nursing home. This is the one area I can say they earn 5 stars.
