"I came to Life Care Center from University hospital after my hip replacement. The rehab was very good. Every day they work with you to get you back to as good as possible. Every one there is very caring. They watch to see if the exercises are too much for you. They pay attention to your whole body, not just the part you came in for."
Teresa goes on to say, "The whole place is filled with very caring people. They also have activities for everyone from church to bingo. The food is very good."
When describing her overall experience, Teresa writes, "I remained with Life Care as an outpatient. They have really put me through the paces but it has really been worth it. I feel better now than I did before the hip surgery!"
Teresa has completed her therapy program with incredible success! Her leg strength is normal, her balance test score is perfect, and she can walk over 500 ft indoor and outdoor without difficulty. Also, she can go up and down a full flight of stairs independently and she has no pain.
