Garden Terrace Healthcare Center of Federal Way offers respite care in a secure setting to provide home caregivers with a few days of rest or a vacation from their duties. Through this program, home caregivers can admit their loved ones to the center for short stays at regular facility rates.

To enroll a loved one in the respite care program, pre-admissions forms must be completed, along with advanced directives and DNR status. The resident's needs must also be discussed to ensure that placement in the facility is appropriate.
