Rivergate Terrace

This place is fantastic!!! I have the privilege to entertain there every other Sunday. The residents are always happy, well groomed and excited. The staff is pleasant and always helpful, making sure the residents get there in time for my show. The facility is clean, beautiful and very welcoming .

They took great care of my mother during her stay there.

My mom is here for Rehab. I cannot say enough about Brandon who is the unit manager !!! He has gone above to show his kindness and is committed to helping me with anything I ever have needed !! He even called up to the Rehab on his day off to make sure my Mom got her oranges 🍊 that I brought in !! The nurses and Nurses assistants are also wonderful. Lynne and Tanya who answer the phones are always pleasant!! Tracy and Meagan in Admissions were also very kind and helpful. I appreciate everyone there. Keep up the great work !! This is by far one of the better Facility’s my Mom has been in !!

My son's wedding was two weeks ago and we weren't sure we could get my mom there to be a part of his special day. (He is her first grandchild and first to get married!) I talked with Sue, one of the Directors, who made sure to get in touch with Brittany, the Social Worker, to help us take care of all of the details. My mom's INCREDIBLE NURSES (the reason why she has remained at here at RT) made sure to get her sitting in her wheelchair daily in preparation for the big day. (Thank you to the PT Dept.) Brittany took great care in talking the care team and making sure that my mom was healthy enough to travel and be there for as long as she felt comfortable. My mom's nurses were so excited that she was going to go to the wedding and they made sure that her hair was set and done beautifully, she was dressed in her new dress and shoes, and had arrived safely and on time. THANK YOU TO OUR NURSES: JACKIE, KATIE, STACIE & EVERYONE ELSE THAT HELPED! Thank you all for making my mom's wish come true! She still keeps talking about how special the wedding day was and about how special you made her feel.

Thank you to the nurses and the CNA's for all the love and support you've shown me after returning from a recent hospital stay. Your kindness and compassion has not gone unnoticed I truly appreciate you I could never find it better group of people to watch over me God bless you.
