Cherry Hill Manor Nursing and Rehab Center

Pleasantly surprised by how clean it was and there was not the usual fowl smell that seems to plague all nursing homes. 10 years ago it was very different...big plus they removed the rugs! My loved one was very clean.

My mother has been in rehab, for almost a month. Sadly her leg was broken. They are all so wonderfu! My mother's nurse, and CNN's to her wonderful team, of physical and occupational therapists. I had a my partner of 15 years there for almost 2 years. The care was not up to what I expected. They would leave him in a mess in his bed and he wore a diaper. I washed and changed him because some days it took about 2 hours for someone to come in. No one wants to see their loved one lke that. His clothes were always lost and he had clothes that did not fit him. Quarterly meetings discussed the same simple things over and over again. I never got a diagnosis what his condition was near about 7 or 8 months ago. He went downhill really quickly and after being on oxygen for a couple of weeks he was sent out to the hospital where he passed 2 weeks later. He had a diaviated septum so the oxygen didn't fit his nose correctly and they never noticed that He should have been out sooner. This place makes me feel that the folks on the 3rd floor are there long term with no intervention. Like a warehouse for people. The CNA that dealt with him were lazy. I always heard about horror stories in nursing homes and I just lived through one. It was horrible.

0/5 They will act nice to your face but treat your loved one poorly. My grandmother was here twice & received horrific service both times. One day i witnessed a resident with a fall risk alarm on fall over and the nurse ignored the alarm until he fell completely over, Bruising his whole face. I've witnessed that happen plenty of times. The only reason it has good ratings is because all the employees post 5 star reviews and report the honest ones. My grandmother had 2 strokes under their care may i add, And they did not realize a thing until it was too late. The "doctor" is rude and drugs up all the patients for no reason. We took my grandmother out of this facility and home cared for her because they could not rehabilitate her, They are understaffed and very rude, Food is very inexpensive and unhealthy, Very limited choice of food, And activities (property is very small), We received no help from the owner with our problems, There are many many problems with this facility. Choose another.

On 10/27/25 I visit my mother in law I was impressed how clean and organized it was I've been in others that weren't. She's getting wonderful care.

Staff pleasant. I like the fine motor activity on the table for the lobby ladies.

As soon as I walked in there I felt comfortable. While visiting, the cleaning crew came and did a great job, with a smile on their faces. Then, her dinner came and I was very pleased to see what she was eating. I would definitely recommend this place, no doubt about it! Thank you for taking such great care of my Mom-in-Law.
