The care there is very good for rehab. The staff is great. Friendly and caring and very attentive to the patient and family needs. My mother has been treated wonderfully except for one CNA who “is mean and shoves items at the residents “. The cleaning staff is also very good. They clean the rooms very efficiently. The rooms and common areas overall are very clean.

Cherry Hill Staff are friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable that they are taking good care of my elderly father as he works to get stronger so that he can be back to his own self again.

Our family is deeply grateful for the care Cherry Hill provided to our mother during one of the hardest chapters of our lives. After a very serious brain surgery, she needed skilled rehabilitation and compassionate support. The team at Cherry Hill delivered both. From the moment we first spoke with Lisa Collins in Admissions, we knew we were in the right place. Lisa showed genuine empathy and kindness during a very stressful time and helped guide our family through the process of getting both of our parents the care they needed. Dad wanted to be by Mom's side and they accomodated it! Over the weeks that followed, the doctors, nurses, CNAs, case managers, social workers, and therapy teams (PT, OT, and speech therapy) treated our mom with dignity, patience, and encouragement. Recovering from brain surgery is no small journey, and their dedication helped her regain strength and confidence every day. They cared not only for her medical needs but also for her spirit. What stood out most was the humanity of the staff. They took time to know our family, answered questions, and consistently showed compassion. Those small moments of kindness meant everything while we were far from home. Because of the care and rehabilitation she received at Cherry Hill, our mom is now able to return home after a long recovery. That is something our family will never forget. Thank you to the entire Cherry Hill team for the professionalism, heart, and dignity you show your residents every day. You are truly the gold standard!

Visited my mother today and the staff is always 100% nice and helpful. The building is always clean and the care is impeccable.

I am a private care CNA went here to help with my patient who resides at the Bridge everyone from nursing to kitchen was so kind and respectful and very helpful 2nd floor staff is amazing place is remarkable and my patient wasn't walking well at all and now is walking just amazing Excellent Therapy.
