Very friendly and my mither is very happy there

Cherry Hill Staff are friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable that they are taking good care of my elderly father as he works to get stronger so that he can be back to his own self again.

My mother went here for two weeks to recover from a pace maker in Feb 2026. The experience was terrible. There is no communication through the different departments. We found ourselves repeating information to the intake, the nursing staff and the social worker. The food was awful and the rooms where not the cleanest. The wait time for assistance from the staff was long. She was often waiting 10 mins or more for them to come. When did complain about the service but unfortunately all we got was excuses. The worst part was the social workers lack respect for my mother and her experience and the lack of care to properly maintain her records. We had to provide health advocacy papers twice, as they "were missed placed". We would not recommend this facility.

Day times staff Members..were very caring and helpful people, people like lori and Cristian were there for me every time I needed a Shoulder to cry on, or just an encouraging smile.. They are truly encouraging and Caring People.. The second shift nurse Andrew was always There for me To make sure that I was comfortable if I needed anything and always made me laugh.. I love hearing the stories that he would tell.. The CNA were wonderful. They always try to be there with a smile, a fresh cup of water a little snack and Be at empathic to your complaints.. Bella would always draw a smiley, face or smiley cat face on my cup for me and it always made me smile.. Yazzy Always Gave me good advice about snacking... Sam took care of me like she takes care of her own grandmother with care And respect.. Jada is a spitfire.She runs around Room to room, making sure everything's OK... Paul Always comes in with a joke or a song and makes everyone laugh. Luz Is very caring and considerate to everyone.. Jen always had a story to make you laugh.. Now, for me to start talking about the therapy department, there is not one bad thing I could say, every 1 of the therapists were wonderful. They're helpful, they care about you, they push you and help you get through every part of recovery that you need to go through I would like to say special. Thank you, and kudos to Brenda and Ana they we're there for me most of my time and helps me through a lot. I've met a lot of wonderful people here, staff and patients and will remember this experience for a long time. I'm sure I missed a lot of people, but in general, this was a pleasant experience. These people all work very hard.... Thank you to all the staff of cherry Hill.

Visited yesterday and like always the staff is always helpful and super nice! It’s a piece of mind when you know your loved ones are being well cared for while being treated respectfully. Great job

Pretty nice except one cna was very rude to my mother.They took care of it she no longer works there.

The care there is very good for rehab. The staff is great. Friendly and caring and very attentive to the patient and family needs. My mother has been treated wonderfully except for one CNA who “is mean and shoves items at the residents “. The cleaning staff is also very good. They clean the rooms very efficiently. The rooms and common areas overall are very clean.
