Recently, my father went to Evergreen for hospice care and was taken care of very well. The place is clean, well-staffed and the nurses were very attentive and responsive. My dad said the food was good and. though he was unable to attend, I noticed how many activities there were for its residents. It is a good place for family rehabilitation.

My Mom and I are very pleased with the care she gets at Evergreen. She is well taken care of, the staff are pleasant, courteous and helpful. She is happy, which makes me happy as well Thanks to the entire staff❤️ Bravo Evergreen
