Evergreen House Health Center

I’ve been a nurse for 29 years. I’ve started a new career in hospice seeing patients in long term care facilities. I just want to say I’ve been to many LTC facilities and the staff at Evergreen House Health Center are top notch. From the receptionist that greets you knowing off the top of her head what room patients are in, to the aides feeding patients like their a family member, housekeeping talking in the halls to patients in Portuguese, and nurses that make this hospice nurse feel welcomed. The nurses are friendly, approachable, and professional. Each nurse I’ve encountered knows their patients, has the best interest of their patients, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. They believe in team work, taking pride in their job, and everyone is treated like family. The staff respect each other, patients, and visitors. Thank you staff of Evergreen. You make a difference and you are appreciated!

The staff members were friendly and seemed to know each resident, and their interactions with each other were positive. The facility was clean, well-organized, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere felt energetic and welcoming and I left feeling like my loved one is in good hands.

My mom checked into Evergreen for a 2 week rehab for her back. The staff and support people have been friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. It has been a very positive experience

The staff here have been wonderful. They have been very accommodating and courteous throughout my father's multiple rehabilitations. Each staff member I have had the pleasure of meeting, are always able to guide me and go above and beyond with all my questions and concerns. As a frequent visitor my encounters are a plenty and I truly appreciate everyone from the moment I walk in the door. Thank you all for the care provided to my father. My sister in law is there for Rehabilitation since Friday past I go there every day great staff very clean she’s sastefied and we are also glade she’s there 👏🥰🙏

Enjoyed my visit with Lettice but her roommates TV was way too loud.
