Loved everything about Evergreen Very clean the nurses were very helpful with my Mom who can be tough to deal with and also found the caseworkers to be very helpful. Very pleased to have chosen Evergreen for my Mother's care

Evergreen has the most amazing attentive caring staff. They truly give their all to each and every patient. They treated my mom with the most amazing care love and respect as if she were their own and I can't thank them enough for helping me and my family through such a difficult time. I would recommend them to anyone who has a loved one in need of any kind of care trust me they are in great hands.

I visit my cousin Audrey Hall the staff is very polite and take very good of her. Evergreen nursing home has a well sanitize environment.

My brother due to chronic illness is in and out of nursing homes. In particular there was one in N Smithfield in a very new facility which ended up a carnal pit. Evergreen is an older facility but the staff there is really top notch. The nurses and CNAs are friendly, hospitable and attentive. He was really embraced and encouraged here and his stay was several months. Anything they could do to make his stay more comfortable was done. Everyone at Evergreen is on staff and not contracted out, including their Physical Therapy staff. The PT here is also top notch. This allows for the staff to really build rapports with their clients. This is my families nursing home of choice. Thank you Evergreen.

I found Evergreen house health Center to be the best that I’ve ever dealt with as far as the PT program, For Parkinson’s big and loud program they offer both. When I first started it, I was having trouble walking ,my balance was off, and I was very uncomfortable with the way I was with my strength level. I went through the PT program big law program and came out so much better. My balance is better and I feel so much stronger. I’m walking a mile a day now and participating in a boxing program at PD Fight Club and Pawtucket, that specialized in people with Parkinsons. they also have a great support group the third Tuesday of every month that offers different options and different issues that people might be having with Parkinson’s, Thank you for all that you’ve done
